Software integrity

Throughout the project, we store all files in a version-controlled repository. In this way, more than one developer at once can work on files; back up and retrieval by version is possible; and it provides the most effective and straightforward means to deploy the final files to the live domain.

Data security

We always recommend the best practices to protect our clients' and their users' data. Never send usernames and passwords in plain text emails - please use our PGP public key to encrypt sensitive data before sending it to us.

Access to our servers is tightly controlled and we use secure protocols to transfer all data. We regularly update the operating system and applications with the latest security updates. Where sensitive data is concerned, we recommend and use IP address restriction and SSL (https). For peace of mind, we never store payment details or credit card numbers on our servers.
